Evidentia Analytics

One deliverable in the folder: the Business Plan v3 dashboard snapshot (May 2026). Its two cited source docs aren't in the folder, so figures were carried forward, not re-verified.

• Broken stamp fragment (unbalanced div rendering stray "Last check 2026-05-03" text above the header) — removed; tags balance 122/122.
• Stale date labels re-anchored: banner, refresh note, footer now state May 2026 vintage + 7/04 review, without claiming a data refresh.
• Render check passes: zero scripts, zero CDN or external references.
• Math reconciles where checkable: SAM, both 3-year scenarios, pathology shares.

19C Renovation

Fixed tonight

• Chart.js CDN removed. On a CDN-blocking network the old dashboard threw mid-render and blanked 5 of 8 tabs. Replaced with a dependency-free CSS stacked-bar chart; data values untouched; JS passes node --check.
• _deploy/ drift fixed. Staging held the retired 5/08 two-tab build; now holds the patched 5/13 build.
• Deploy made binding-safe. The live worker is a KV-backed state-api (binding STATE_KV), not static assets — a bare wrangler deploy would have stripped the binding and destroyed it. _deploy/ now carries a correct wrangler.toml + the captured live worker.js.

Publish block (staged, not run)

The site serves HTML from KV — the publish step is a KV put, not a worker deploy. Step 2 only if worker.js ever changes.

• Data is 7+ weeks stale. Live site serves the 5/12 build; milestones still show only the 10% contract payment. If anything moved since mid-May, run python tools\build_dashboard.py from the project root — regenerates and publishes in one step.
• AV paid discrepancy: category shows $0 paid / $6,500 remaining, but checklist + audit show a $700 deposit paid (totals $55,275 vs $54,575). Reconcile in the xlsx, then regenerate.
• Abatement drift: Documents tab $23,044 vs checklist $20,281 (+$3,250 monitoring implied). The final-invoice PDF settles it — open since the 5/12 audit.
• build_checklist_xlsx.py duplicates content the 5/12 audit said to retire — decide and close Finding #3.

Finances Family

Zero figures changed. V15 read in full before any portfolio commentary; it governs and already re-opened diversification on corrected premises — no new proposals made. Every figure below carries its document's citation.

The two engines describe different worlds

V15's planning engine still runs on the 6/14 AXON mark ($3.60M) and V13's $1.1M retirement base. The live sheet says $4.15M AXON (WF close 6/29) and ~$1.9M retirement (WF/SoFi 6/29). Both gaps are acknowledged inside V15; neither is folded into a rebuilt workbook — so the sustainable-spend answer has moved and hasn't been re-run.

Staleness ranking

1. WF PCL rate sheet — 5/03. Rate shop to ~5.3% open two months; V13 audit priced inaction at ~$700K of estate value. One call.
2. Credit pulls — 4/22 and 5/04. Own checklist says monthly; never refreshed.
3. 529 tracker — ~5/1 statements. Superseded in substance; regenerate or retire.
4. Renovation actuals — 5/12 ($295.7K vs $250K cap) — and renovation is the first item in the 2026 → 2027 → 2037 sequence.
5. Era feed — blind to the full AXON position since the 6/21 account relocation (*2607 → *7479). Every mark since is a manual WF drop. Re-point, or adopt WF Brokerage Overview as the standing source.

Goal tracking

• Hamptons Sept 2027 — not answerable today. A tagged DP pot exists ($286,465, WF *7479, close 6/29) but no document states the target number, and the earlier "$332K PIMCO + $208K PCL" plan was never reconciled to it. A one-page funding tracker needs Brad's target figure first.
• Retire-at-61 (2037) — answerable, conditionally. V15 gives sustainable spend ~$169K/yr at 5% AXON growth, $264K at 8%+ — but off the 6/14 mark and $1.1M base. Inputs are six weeks behind the balance sheet.
• Covered calls: 14 × $580 calls exp 7/17 (~17% of shares, below V15's 40–60% band) — roll/resize decision imminent.
